The American Cancer Society Relay For Life is an inspirational event allowing people everywhere to fight back against cancer, both remembering loved ones\u00a0and\u00a0celebrating survivors. The Reno\/Sparks Relay For Life 2011 will begin Saturday June 4th and end Sunday June 5th, taking place at Bishop Manogue\u00a0Catholic High School. The relay helps raise funds for The American Cancer Society and also raise awareness to help save lives. It consists of teams of people camping out at local spots such as high schools, fairgrounds, or parks. Each team takes turns having different people walking or running, at all times during the event, which\u00a0is overnight and can last up to 24 hours.<\/p>\n
