Branded currently offers a low 12 piece minimum on custom embroidery orders with your artwork, however, we don’t have a minimum on names or lettering.

Embroidery Pricing Factors:  Pricing for embroidery depends on 5 key factors:

• Quantity of items – the best pricing for hats, polos or dress shirts starts at 12 quantity, but the more you order, the better your price per item will be.

• Brand, style, and color of shirts selected – the quality in the item you choose will affect your pricing 

• Size of the design –embroidery pricing does depend on the size because the larger the design the more stitches required to create the design. To save on your order, choose a simpler design without a large fill.

• The Number of embroidered locations (Front, back, sleeve…) – Adding more placements does increase the price. 

• Order timeline– Branded offers a variety of rush service options to meet your deadlines, however, these orders may be more expensive than ones that can be completed in our normal turn-around time.
