Here are the requirements for contract printing:

If you are trying to order custom printing, and need us to order the garments or you aren’t sure where to start, just send us an email and we’ll be glad to help! The following requirements are only for contract screen printing.

Businesses that qualify for contract decoration will meet the following guidelines:

  • Client is reselling the garments to their customers in bulk at a retail level. Usually these businesses are graphic designers, embroiderers, paper product printers, etc.  These businesses offer garment decoration as a service that they provide their customers.
  • Client should have a business license and resale permit.  This will authorize them to buy printing  for the purpose of reselling to their customers.
  • Client should have a relationship with vendors of their choosing in order to acquire their products. They can have them delivered to our location with PO number referenced.
  • Client that can provide print ready artwork (more information below).  The artwork will have the correct resolution, be in the correct size and will not have any graphic artwork necessary.
  • Client can provide a purchase order with each order.  Purchase Order: if you don’t have a purchase order, please use Branded PO Form to fill out and submit with your order.
  • Client has a UPS or Fedex account that we can use to ship third-party (blind shipping).

Production time for our contract clients starts when we have a complete purchase order, print ready artwork and the blank apparel.

Print Ready Artwork

Screen Printing, DTG and Vinyl Decals:

All artwork must bevector image (.ai .eps) or a raster image that is a minimum of 300dpi  (If you do not have a vector image available) and have correct Pantone® Solid Coated colors, if Pantone® colors are requested.

Acrobat Files (.pdf)
PDF files must retain full editing capabilities as the program they were created in. PDF files must meet all guidelines listed for raster and vector images.


Client must provide a .dst file, pdf, and accompanying jpeg for each logo being embroidered.  Files must be to size, digitized for the specific items and have the thread colors listed on the purchase order.

Please send client approved digital proof (mock-up) with artwork, including artwork size, color(s) and printing location information with your purchase order and artwork files.
